No. SimplyFood adds batch production capabilities to the Acumatica Distribution edition. It eliminates the need to go to a more complex manufacturing system that includes features you will never use as a batch production focused business.
The billing for SimplyFood follows the same contract billing that you have for your Acumatica license. It can be billed either monthly or annually.
The SimplyFood contract length terms match those for your Acumatica license. This is typically 12 months.
Your SimplyFood license pricing follows the same price increases as you experience with your Acumatica license on the renewal date.
While the deployment for Acumatica can be 4-8 months typically, to get SimplyFood set up and train your staff requires 10-20 hours.
No. If you do not require producing raw material items into catch weight finished goods, you do not need the SimplyFood production module. The SimplyFood catch weight module works very well for distribution only clients in a stand-alone capacity.
